What is your Return Policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days after you receive your order. Just reach out to us, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you’re pleased with your experience. Our goal is to make your shopping experience exceptional.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send email to service@myyoungbeautys.com to start the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and we will be able to start your return or exchange process. Completing the process will provide you with a pre-paid return label. If you need to make an exchange, please note that we only accept one exchange per product purchased. If you need to exchange more than once on a product, you will need to make a return and you will receive a refund. Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different shade, based on availability. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Our returns and exchanges are not completely free; we charge a 15% restocking fee based on the order value.

Why do you have such a flexible return policy at MyYoung?

We aim to build a long-term relationship of trust with you. Standing behind our products is a key part of that commitment. Many customers choose to shop with us because they know that if their purchase isn’t perfect, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase?

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don’t have a receipt or order number, we may ask for more information to verify the purchase and better assist with your request.

Do you take everything back?

We do our best to accommodate most returns, but in some cases, we cannot accept a return. (Ps. For example, products that have been opened and used, or packaging that is damaged and incomplete.)

Is there a time limit?

Please initiate a return or contact us within 30 days of you receive your order to make an exchange or return. After receiving a shipping label, the return or exchange products must be shipped within 3 days of you receive the shipping label.

What if the item is used?

We will do our best to take care of you and treat you fairly. We ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time, we may not accept a return.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

We are so sorry you’ve had this experience, and we want you to contact us immediately to make things right. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or full refund, as needed.

When will I get my refund?

If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account with the eligible amount within 14 business days. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

Can I return a gift card?

What do I do if I’m not satisfied with the product color?

MyYoung strives to present images on our website that accurately reflect the color of the products you receive. However, the colors you see may vary due to factors such as your monitor type and display settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any color will be displayed accurately. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and review our return policy above.

Can I return a product marked “final sale” for a refund or exchange?

All items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final sale items are not refundable.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to reducing waste along the supply chain, we make each product as and when your order goes through. We are thus unable to accept returns for products that arrive in our usual perfect condition.

We offer a full refund if your ordered item is faulty or not as described. If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please notify our Customer Service team on service@myyoungbeautys.com. Similarly, if your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
