Canceled Orders
Kindly notify our customer service to cancel orders by contacting chen@myyoungbeautys.com.
The order is canceled in the following situations:
If your order was placed before 7 pm (PST) on the same day, you can cancel the order by contacting chen@myyoungbeautys.com before 7 pm (PST) on the same day.
If the order was placed after 7 pm (PST) on the same day, you can cancel the order by contacting chen@myyoungbeautys.com within 24 hours.
However, once the order has entered the production process, the order cannot be canceled.
Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number & contact information.
We cannot cancel your order for you if the package is in transit. Please wait for your order to be delivered and then contact our customer service email chen@myyoungbeautys.com to deal it with you.
YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
We ship to PO BOX and overseas locations with USPS. Customers must complete a correct shipping address with APT#, SUITE#, UNIT#, SPACE#, BUILDING#, etc. for delivering your orders.
Please be advised to place an order as early as possible for national holiday shopping, weddings, prom, graduation, etc.
ORDER PROCESSING
All suits are handmade and take 3 - 4 days to make before dispatching. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, holiday orders will be processed on business days. No weekend delivery or shipping. All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details on foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.
